Loneliness can affect your physical and mental health. Keeping in contact with others and doing things you enjoy helps prevent low mood and depression. If this is you, a neighbour, friend or relative, join us for Keep Kurling, Keep Moving, a fun and friendly group for older people on every Thursday afternoon, 3 to 5pm.

And if you live in Chester Le Street but have limited mobility and need transport to get to Bullion Hall and home again, email martin@bullionhall.com or phone 07762 905 440 to book a place on an accessible minibus, with fully trained and experienced drivers from Easington Lane Community Access Point. Places are limited and seats must be booked by Tuesday pm for a place on that weeks collection.
